Job Description

As a Landscaping Crew Member, you will work outdoors in all weather conditions and be part of a team committed to delivering excellent landscaping services. This role is hands-on, physically active, and provides opportunities to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping tasks including hardscaping, trimming, planting, mulching, and cleanup.
• Operate professional landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, sun)
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from Crew Leaders

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
• Landscaping or equipment experience preferred

Experience

* Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification

* Driver's License (Required)
