What You'll Do

As a Crew Leader, you'll lead a crew of 1–4 members and be responsible for:

* Overseeing daily landscaping operations * Ensuring quality control and project standards * Training and supervising crew members * Performing and guiding tasks such as: * + Mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping + Perennial bed maintenance + Equipment operation and upkeep * Maintaining a safe, efficient worksite * Operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment

This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives outdoors and leads by example.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required)
• At least 20 years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety
