Position Summary

Webb Outdoor Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Lead to oversee landscape construction and installation projects in and around Richmond, KY. This role is ideal for a dependable leader who takes pride in quality work, communicates effectively, and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of landscape employees on construction and landscape projects
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
• Drive and operate a company truck and trailer safely and responsibly
• Load, unload, and secure tools, equipment, and materials
• Communicate daily job progress, needs, and issues to management
• Train, motivate, and support crew members on the job
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work every day
• Represent Webb Outdoor Solutions professionally with customers and the public

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in the landscape industry (required)
• Prior experience leading or supervising a crew (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Physically able to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Desire to grow with a fast-growing company

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Hardscape experience (pavers, retaining walls, grading, drainage)
• Landscape maintenance experience (trimming bushes, mulching, planting, etc.)
• Equipment operation experience (skid steer, mini-excavator, etc.)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
