Landscaper/Groundskeeper

We are seeking dependable, hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of landscape installation, maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks. Ideal candidates are motivated, able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and can perform physical labor throughout the workday. Especially looking to hire a hard working indivualy with experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers etc. Expereince driving trailers/dump trucks a plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and weeding
• Assist with landscape installation projects such as planting, mulching, sod installation, and grading
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment (hand tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, etc.)
• Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Assist with irrigation installation or repairs (as needed)
• Ensure proper care of company tools, equipment, and vehicles

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites or meeting locations
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, seasonal or year-round positions available
• Workdays typically Monday–Friday, with saturdays during peak seasons.
• Outdoor work environment, often involving hot, cold, or wet conditions

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
