Landscape Technician

Ultimate Landscapes is hiring Landscape Technicians to join our growing crew. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in quality outdoor work and want steady, year-round employment opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Work on a variety of outdoor landscaping and construction projects, including

• Hardscape installation (patios, fireplaces, rock retaining walls)
• Dirt work and site preparation
• Lawn installs (sod and seed)
• Irrigation system installs
• General landscaping and lawn maintenance
• Mowing and seasonal services
• Operating loaders and other equipment

Experience with loaders and similar equipment is strongly preferred.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 10-hour shifts
• Fridays are normally off, but may be used as a catch-up day due to weather/rain delays
• Full-time or part-time available
• Winter snow work available for year-round employment potential

Pay

• $18–$25/hour starting wage
• Based on experience
• Higher pay for skilled operators and experienced crew members

Who We’re Looking For

• Reliable, motivated team players
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Landscaping or construction experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
• Equipment operation experience (especially loaders) is a strong plus
• Willingness to learn, work hard, and grow with the company
