Up to the challenge since 1985, Shaffer Landscapes designs and maintains the finest properties in Central Pennsylvania from our 53-acre nursery headquarters.

We are seeking to grow our team with landscape technicians who have the skills, knowledge and attitude to perform up to the standards of our discriminating clients.

Responsibilities

• Install and prune plants using hand tools and power equipment
• Weed and clean up planting beds by hand and using herbicide
• Edge and mulch in a clean, consistent manner
• Follow instructions; communicate effectively and respectfully
• Maintain positive attitude and uphold Shaffer Landscapes culture

Requirements

• 3+ years landscaping experience
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs and perform other physically-demanding tasks
• Comfortable operating trucks with trailers (non-CDL) and other equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Desire to learn and grow
