Landscape Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Technician to join our team. This full-time position involves a mix of landscape construction, property maintenance, and seasonal snow removal. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is motivated to be part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and weedwhacking
• Install and maintain mulch, edging, and planting beds
• Building flower beds and garden areas
• Installing patios, walkways, and hardscape features
• Property clean-ups and general grounds maintenance
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Assist with winter operations including snow removal and plowing
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide quality workmanship and professional service at all job sites
• LEAD PEOPLE HIGHLY DESIRED

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Valid driver’s license (required for plow operators)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Experience operating equipment such as mowers, trimmers, skid steers, or plow trucks is a plus
