What You'll Do

*Run the Route:* You'll be paired with an experienced mowing crew member running consistent weekly or bi-weekly routes across Holden and the surrounding towns. Your properties repeat, so you'll get faster and better every week instead of relearning a new job site every day.

*Exceptional Service:* Provide top notch landscaping work along with genuine customer service. We are a customer service company that happens to provide landscaping.

*Operate Equipment:* Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power and hand tools safely and efficiently.

*Communicate Effectively:* Communicate clearly with your crew partner, the office, and clients to keep the day running smoothly.

Who You Are

*Reliable, Every Day:* You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the shop or job site every single day. You show up on time, consistently, because a two-person crew doesn't run if one person doesn't show.
