Job Overview

We are seeking a Landscape / Laborer to join our team in <Stilwell, KS>. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks, including digging, planting, maintaining lawns, and performing hardscape installations. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

- Digging and preparing soil for planting

- Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees

- Operating hand tools and equipment such as shovels, rakes, and trimmers

- Assisting with the construction of hardscape features such as walkways

- Performing lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and weeding

- Pruning and trimming trees and shrubs

- Assisting with the installation of irrigation systems

- Cleaning up debris and maintaining a clean work area

Qualifications

- Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred but not required

- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Knowledge of hand tools commonly used in landscaping

- Basic understanding of plant care and maintenance

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Ability to work well in a team environment
