Landscape supervisor

Northernfield is looking for an experienced Landscape Supervisor/Foreman to join our growing team. We're not looking for someone who needs constant direction, we need a leader who can take a set of plans, organize a crew, solve problems, and get the job done right. What We're Looking For: ✔ Experience managing landscape installation and maintenance crews ✔ Ability to read landscape plans and execute projects efficiently ✔ Strong problem-solving skills with minimal oversight ✔ Experience operating landscape equipment and machinery ✔ Valid driver's license required ✔ Ability to lead and motivate a multi-person crew ✔ Willingness to perform a variety of tasks throughout the year Year-Round Responsibilities Include: • Landscape installation • Lawn mowing and property care • Weed removal and spraying • Snow removal operations • Equipment operation and jobsite management Bonus Qualifications (Not Required): • Pest Control Applicator License • Trailer towing and backing experience What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience • Year-round work opportunities • A team that values hard work, accountability, and quality craftsmanship • Opportunities for growth as Northernfield continues to expand If you're the type of person who sees a problem and solves it without waiting for someone else to tell you what to do, we'd like to talk with you.
