Duties

• Assist in installing various landscape elements including plants, trees, hardscapes, and irrigation systems with precision and care
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators safely and effectively
• Prepare sites for planting or construction by clearing debris, grading soil, and setting foundations for hardscape features
• Maintain equipment and tools in excellent condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all installation and maintenance activities

Requirements

• Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping, horticulture, or construction is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
• Mechanical knowledge or experience operating construction machinery such as excavators is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment including irrigation systems
• Basic understanding of landscape maintenance practices such as mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, and hardscape installation
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
