Position Summary

The Landscape Project Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations. This includes managing field crews, ensuring quality control, maintaining relationships with the client, scheduling work, and achieving budget and performance goals. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in landscape construction, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of horticultural practices and landscape management. This position is working in the field 75% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

* Account Management: * + Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met, and client expectations are exceeded. + Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively. * Team Leadership & Supervision: * + Schedule and manage landscape crews. + Ensure crews are equipped, trained, and motivated to perform high-quality work. + Monitor employee performance and enforce company policies and safety procedures. * Operational Planning & Scheduling: * + Create and manage weekly work schedules to ensure timely completion. + Order Products + Vendor Relations * Budgeting & Cost Control: * + Monitor labor hours, materials, and other job costs to ensure profitability. + Track job progress and adjust resources as needed to stay within budget. * Safety & Compliance: * + Enforce safety protocols and ensure crew compliance with OSHA standards and company policies. + Conduct regular safety meetings and job site audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape, with min. 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, landscape constructions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in scheduling, and crew management, computer skills mandatory
• Knowledge of reading constructions plan & Cad
• Multi Task-Time management.
