Project Planning & Development

  • Collaborate with clients and design teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to determine if the projects are feasible and assess their potential scale.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, incorporating materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to minimize project disruptions and delays.

Construction and Landscaping Execution

  • Oversee on-site construction and landscaping activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Manage workflow and resource allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor progress and resolve issues or conflicts to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
  • Manage Submittals, Change Orders and Pay Applications.

Workforce Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for multiple crews and projects.
