Job Overview

Arrow J Landscape is currently hiring a commercial Landscape Irrigation Foremen to manage commercial landscape and restoration projects. Projects include the installation of irrigation systems, plant material, seeding, sod installation, and erosion control product installation. Projects range from $100K to $5M. Duties include working with and supervising small and large crews. This is an exceptional opportunity offering excellent compensation and benefits package for the right candidate.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial landscape and irrigation experience required.
• Ability to control schedules and budgets.
• Ability to clearly communicate with staff and clients.
• Driving record and license in good standing
• Proactive, organized and reliable team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to use smartphone applications.
• Ability to supervise a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of landscaping principles and techniques.
• Excellent safety record.
• Excellent supervisory skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

· Installation of landscape and irrigation projects using hands, tools, & equipment.

· Excavation, grading and transport of soils and debris.

· Transport and installation of various landscape materials.

· Install softscape, hardscape, irrigation & drainage.

· Prepare, organize and clean tools, equipment, trucks and jobsite.

· Maintain professional appearance and conduct
