LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION CREW - INTERMEDIATE EXPERIENCE

**This is a skilled position** Reporting to the installation foreman, this position will be instrumental in supporting project build workflows, installing hardscape and softscape elements, from groundbreaking through tying up punch-list type loose ends. This is an intermediate position for individuals eager to continue to hone their skills in delivering high quality residential and commercial landscapes in Northern Colorado. This is a hourly position; hours/work available is expected to be full time (32-40 hours a week, with occasional days off between projects).

Minimum skills/experience

:

- Minimum (1-3) years landscaping experience.

- Valid driver’s license.

- Reliable transportation (Based in Fort Collins, most of our work is in Northern Colorado, but we do have occasional clients along the Front Range).

- Demonstrated ability to independently manage tasks.

- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

- Superior work ethic and dependability.

- Ability to work collaboratively on a team, as well as individually.

- Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs. many times a day.

- Ability to be on your feet, working outdoors, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

- General knowledge and demonstrated experience in working with hand tools typical of landscape construction.
