Landscape Project Estimator

We are looking to hire a Landscape Project Estimator to join our team. This position entails working with design plans to create a list of all materials and item quantities required to bring a project to life. You will be responsible for calculating the material costs of the job, creating estimates of the labor and equipment required to complete the project, and presenting the final job cost to the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with design plans to determine required materials and quantities
• Calculate material costs and create labor and equipment estimates
• Present final job cost to clients
• Inspect new properties and measure lawn beds and hardscapes
• Determine labor and equipment needs for property maintenance
• Communicate accurately and effectively with customers

Skills Required

• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with estimating project costs
• Familiarity with QuickBooks for complex estimations
• Ability to work well independently and in a group setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma
