Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Operations / Account Manager to help lead and oversee comprehensive landscape maintenance and landscaping projects. This role is perfect for a motivated professional with a passion for horticulture, lawn care, and IPM who thrives in customer service and satisfaction. As a key player in our team, you will manage client accounts, supervise field crews, and ensure the delivery of high-quality landscape services that exceed expectations. Your leadership will drive operational excellence while fostering strong client relationships and promoting sustainable practices.

Duties

• Manage and coordinate landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, and IPM projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Supervise and lead field crews, providing guidance, pruning, planting, IPM, and general maintenance
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored landscape solutions
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and environmental standards
• Assist with estimating project costs, preparing proposals, estimates and invoices while managing labor and material budgets to ensure profitability
• Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and sustainable landscaping methods to innovate service offerings

Skills

• Bi-Lingual (possible), fluent with both English and Spanish. English is a must!
• Extensive knowledge of scheduling / email computer software / CRM software
• Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, IPM, landscaping, lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, and general landscape management
• Proven supervising experience leading teams of technicians or field crews effectively
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment as well as provide an extensive training program for all field employees
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to landscape operations and equipment handling
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Technical proficiency in equipment operation, maintenance planning, and environmental sustainability practices

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
