We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Operations / Account Manager to help lead and oversee comprehensive landscape maintenance and landscaping projects. Duties

• Manage and coordinate landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, and IPM projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Supervise and lead field crews, providing guidance, pruning, planting, IPM, and general maintenance
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored landscape solutions
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and environmental standards
• Assist with estimating project costs, preparing proposals, estimates and invoices while managing labor and material budgets to ensure profitability
• Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and sustainable landscaping methods to innovate service offerings

Skills

• Bi-Lingual (possible), fluent with both English and Spanish. English is a must!
• Extensive knowledge of scheduling / email computer software / CRM software
• Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, IPM, landscaping, lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, and general landscape management
• Proven supervising experience leading teams of technicians or field crews effectively
