Hill’s Lawn & Landscape is a locally owned and growing landscaping company in Steamboat Springs. We provide high-quality landscape maintenance, irrigation, lawn care, planting, and landscape improvement projects for residential, HOA, and commercial properties.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who wants to take on a leadership role and help manage the daily operations of the company. This is not just another landscaping job. The right person will work directly with the owner and office manager to support our crews, improve our systems, maintain high-quality standards, and continue building a company our employees and customers are proud of.

Position Overview

The Landscape Operations Manager will help oversee daily field operations, manage crews, coordinate projects, assist with estimates and planning, maintain quality standards, and keep the company running smoothly.

This position requires someone who understands landscaping from hands-on experience but is also ready to step into a larger leadership role. Some days will involve working alongside crews, while others will involve organizing schedules, checking job sites, training employees, meeting with customers, planning upcoming projects, or improving company systems.

We are looking for someone who can see the big picture, make decisions, and take ownership.
