Landscape Maintenance Technician - 2 Years Experience Required

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Technician. The right candidate will have at least 2 years landscape maintenance (mowing) experience. Duties will be to oversee residential/commercial mowing properties. You’ll work to ensure our maintenance operations remain a smooth and efficient process. The goal is to ensure that production meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and help coach employees
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Enforce safety guidelines and company standards

• Proven experience as a Landscaper.
• Experience in using various types of equipment and machinery and tools
