Landscape Crew Member

Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Landscape Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will perform physical labor to create, beautify, and maintain outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients. You will work alongside a Crew Leader to execute landscaping designs, operate industry-standard machinery, and ensure our properties look immaculate year-round.Core Responsibilities

• Lawn Care & Maintenance: Mow lawns, edge walkways, trim overgrown hedges, and pull weeds.
• Planting & Enhancements: Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs; apply mulch, fertilizers, and pest control treatments under supervision.
• Equipment Operation: Safely use and maintain hand and power tools including lawnmowers, backpack blowers, trimmers, and edgers.
• Job Site Cleanliness: Rake leaves, remove debris, and ensure the job site is spotless before leaving each property.
• Seasonal Services: Participate in seasonal cleanups, snow shoveling, and ice management during winter months.
• Safety & Teamwork: Follow all company safety procedures, use required PPE, and assist the Crew Leader with loading/unloading tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to repeatedly lift and move 50 lbs and bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to operate commercial landscaping equipment.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is highly preferred.
• Work Ethic: Positive, team-first attitude and a strong attention to detail.

Work Environment & Benefits

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday, with occasional weekend work during peak seasons or for snow removal.
• Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience (e.g., $16-$22/hr).
