Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering exceptional outdoor environments. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and irrigation system management
• Lead a team of landscapers and horticulture specialists, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of projects and routine upkeep
• Oversee tree care operations such as trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote safety and aesthetic appeal
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and environmental standards while maintaining a safe work environment for staff
• Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand landscape design plans and execute maintenance accordingly
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure landscaping work meets company standards and client expectations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care, gardening, and construction practices
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or landscape settings
