Join our dynamic landscape maintenance team as a Landscape Maintenance Route Crew member! (This position does have room to grow to a Crew Lead) In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces by executing a variety of property maintenance, lawn care, and horticultural tasks. Duties

• Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to keep landscapes pristine and well-manicured
• Maintain plant beds by weeding, pruning, mulching, and planting new greenery to promote healthy growth
• Operate hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and blowers efficiently and safely
• Use power tools including trimmers, hedge cutters, and saws.
• Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns
• Conduct landscape inspections to identify issues related to tree care, hardscape features, or horticultural health

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and hand tools for safe operation and troubleshooting
• Experience with lawn care practices such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including pruning, planting, mulching, and soil management
• Understanding of tree care practices including trimming and health assessments
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and gardening principles to support plant health
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual tasks
