We're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Lead who takes pride in their work, runs a tight crew, and shows up ready to perform.

What you'll do

* Lead and manage a maintenance crew through daily route completion, ensuring all properties are serviced per scope of work and quality standards * Develop crew members on proper techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols * Maintain professional appearance and conduct when interacting with clients on-site * Responsibly operate and drive company trucks between job sites * Communicate with management on job progress, client concerns, and equipment needs * Keep equipment organized and report maintenance issues promptly

What we're looking for

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance * Minimum 1 year of experience as a crew lead * Proficiency operating mowers, line trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers * Working knowledge of Pacific Northwest plant material, turf care, and seasonal maintenance practices * Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions * Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
