$20-$26/Hour + Performance Bonuses + 4-Day Work Week

American Sprinkler & Landscape is a growing, locally owned company serving Spokane and the surrounding areas. We specialize in irrigation, landscaping, hardscaping, and outdoor construction projects that transform properties and exceed customer expectations.

We're looking for motivated individuals with landscaping, irrigation, construction, excavation, concrete, or related outdoor trade experience to join our Landscape & Irrigation Installation Team.

We are looking for someone with experience in landscape construction.

What You'll Do

• Install residential and commercial sprinkler systems
• Assist with landscape and irrigation installation projects
• Install pavers, retaining walls, planting beds, sod, and landscape features
• Perform grading, raking, digging, and site preparation
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally

Qualifications

• Landscaping, irrigation, construction, excavation, concrete, or related outdoor labor experience required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the day
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, work ethic, productivity, and attitude.
