COMPENSATION

Pay Range

Competitive hourly rate based on experience and skill level. Pay increases are available upon demonstrated merit and proven performance in the field. We reward hard work and expertise — the more you bring to the table, the more you earn. Starting pay with little to no experience is $19 hourly with opportunities for overtime.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a member of our landscaping crew, you will work across a variety of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities range from routine lawn maintenance to full-scale landscape construction projects. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and cleanup
• Operate commercial-grade mowers (zero-turn, stand-on, walk-behind) safely and efficiently
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation and sprinkler systems
• Assist with landscape construction projects: grading, retaining walls, patios, planting, and drainage
• Drive company trucks and tow trailers with equipment to and from job sites
• Load, unload, and properly secure tools, equipment, and materials
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides in accordance with safety guidelines
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and ground cover as directed
• Perform seasonal cleanup including leaf removal, mulching, and bed edging
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times
