We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Crew Member who wants to be part of a team that does quality work and takes the job seriously.

What you'll do

* Work alongside a lead and crew to complete daily maintenance routes on schedule and to quality standards * Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general property cleanup * Maintain professional appearance and conduct when on client properties * Follow safety protocols and proper equipment use at all times * Keep tools and equipment organized and in good working condition * Communicate openly with your lead and support the team through the day

What we're looking for

* Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required * At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or a similar outdoor labor role * Ability to operate standard maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) * Familiarity with Pacific Northwest plants and seasonal conditions is a plus * Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions * Dependable, hardworking, and able to take direction and work as part of a team
