Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Maintenance Foreman to lead landscape maintenance crews and help ensure high-quality service for our residential and commercial properties. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, hands-on landscape maintenance experience, and the ability to manage crews, communicate with customers, and maintain company standards in the field. Key Responsibilities:* Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews on residential and commercial properties. * Ensure all maintenance work is completed according to company quality standards and customer expectations. * Oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, irrigation checks, planting, fertilization, and seasonal cleanup tasks. * Train and support crew members on proper equipment use, safety procedures, and quality workmanship. * Monitor irrigation systems and identify repairs, leaks, coverage issues, and other maintenance needs. * Communicate daily job priorities, schedules, and property concerns with crew members and management. * Inspect jobsites to verify work quality, cleanliness, safety, and completion. * Identify enhancement opportunities, repairs, upsell opportunities, and potential issues on properties. * Complete jobsite photos, reports, timesheets, and notes using company software and mobile apps. * Maintain company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment in clean and organized condition. * Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns in the field. * Ensure crews follow company safety standards, professionalism, and attendance expectations.

Qualifications
