Grounds & Irrigation Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grounds & Irrigation Technician to install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, and perform lawn and plant care applications for *residential* and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage. * Install, maintain, and repair outdoor lighting systems to enhance property aesthetics and safety. * Apply lawn and plant care treatments, including fertilization, herbicides, and soil amendments, to promote healthy landscapes. * Inspect and stock the company *truck* with necessary tools, equipment, and materials daily. * Review and complete service tickets accurately using our Mobile App, documenting notes, products, and materials used. * Operate equipment safely and adhere to all safety protocols on *job* sites. * Communicate effectively with customers and team members to maintain strong relationships.

Keep trucks, yard, and work areas clean and organized. *

Qualifications and Experience

* Minimum of 2 years of fieldwork experience in irrigation and outdoor lighting systems. * Proficiency in using tools for testing and troubleshooting irrigation and lighting systems. * Valid driver’s *license* with a clean driving record. * Ability to work in various landscaping settings and handle landscaping materials safely. * Strong communication skills and proficiency with technology, including mobile apps. * Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. * Commitment to practicing safety in all work circumstances.
