Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Sprinkler King, Inc. is a small business headquartered in Atascadero, California since 1986. We provide a full range of irrigation services, including landscape maintenance, irrigation installation, repair and maintenance and water feature repair, maintenance and installation.

Duties

• Lead a team of landscape workers in maintaining and building outdoor spaces
• Conduct groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
• Plant and maintain gardens and flower beds
• Provide lawn care services, including fertilizing and aerating
• Oversee the use of equipment and tools to ensure proper maintenance and safety
• Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs
• Ensure that all work is completed according to established timelines and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping
• Strong knowledge of tree care techniques and practices
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and their installation/maintenance
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a team of workers
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide guidance to team members
