Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Spillane's Nursery & Landscape, Inc. is growing and seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to assist us in maintaining the landscapes of our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities to participate in providing snow and ice management services during the winter.

Must have the ability to perform and experience with the following

*Mowing with commercial equipment, string-line trimming, blowing, trimming tree and shrub.

*Supervise and work with multiple crew members daily.

*Can lead a crew to use time efficiently.

*Lead and assist with regular weekly mowing visits, mulching, pruning, and spring /fall cleanups.

*Maintain high standard of quality while maintaining safe work habits.

Requirements

*Minimum of 3 years experience in landscape maintenance

*Minimum of 1 year experience as a crew leader

*Valid driver's license and clean driving record

*Ability to effectively communicate the project objectives to your production team.

*Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.

*DOT card and ability to drive truck/trailer unit safely

*Good written and verbal communication skills

*Background check and pre-employment drug test required
