Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation and repair
• Lead landscaping projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications
• Manage and motivate crew members, assigning tasks effectively to maximize productivity and quality of work
• Oversee tree care operations such as trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote healthy growth
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure environmental compliance
• Maintain equipment, tools, and materials inventory; ensure proper maintenance and safety procedures are followed
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and team members to deliver projects on time and within scope

Experience

• 2-4 year experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping projects
• Over the age of 21
• Hands-on experience with construction activities related to landscape installation or renovation
• Familiarity with irrigation systems installation, repair, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of tree care techniques including pruning and disease management
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors
