Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead

Experienced landscape maintenance gardener needed for high-end residential gardening route. Lead a crew of 3 others in garden care while performing skilled gardening tasks. Must have at least 2 years landscape maintenance experience in a lead position. Plant care knowledge and some plant ID, as well as experience with landscape tools, irrigation, fertilizers and pest control products. Must have clean CA driver’s license and bilingual Spanish/English (written and spoken).

We work year-round, including in the rain.

Established company has been in business for over 20 years. Meet at our office in San Jose and we provide paid transportation to job sites in company trucks.

40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm. Paid vacation, sick pay, paid holidays, health and dental insurance, 401k with company match. Trucks and tools provided.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
