Landscape Maintenance Crew

Overview

The Maintenance Crew plays a vital role in ensuring the aesthetic and functional integrity of our outdoor spaces. This position involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and general upkeep of facilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and possess skills in landscaping and the use of power tools.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Build and maintain garden beds
• Engage in groundskeeping activities to enhance the appearance of outdoor areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively is essential.
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in work output.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation between job sites.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.
