Landscape Construction Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Installation and Irrigation Crew Member to join our growing team. This role involves working outdoors with a team to install landscaping features and irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has experience in landscape construction, irrigation setup, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of softscapes (plants, sod, mulch) and hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls, edging)
• Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems including valves, heads, and controllers
• Operate landscaping equipment such as skid steers, excavator and power tools
• Follow landscape design plans and instructions from the crew leader or foreman
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all safety procedures
• Load and unload materials and tools at job sites
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or irrigation experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow design plans and blueprints
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong physical condition and stamina for lifting, digging, and working long hours outdoors
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional weekends during peak season
• Overtime as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
