What You’ll Be Doing

• Apply lawn treatments (fertilizer, weed control, and more)
• Service 15–25 properties daily
• Operate equipment and company vehicles safely
• Talk with customers like a pro
• Keep accurate service records
• Prep and load trucks with your team
• Follow safety and environmental best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Experience is a plus and we will pay you for it (lawn care, pest control, landscaping)—but not required
• MA Applicator License? Great. Don’t have it? We’ll help you get it
• Valid driver’s license + solid driving record
• 19+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass background, driving, and DOT Physical with drug screening
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
