What You’ll Do

• Prospect and close new Residential & Commercial lawn care - landscape maintenance and installation & Basic Home Repair contracts
• Develop business within build-to-rent communities and apartment portfolios
• Build relationships with construction companies, general contractors, and home builders
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
