Landscape Laborer

*Position Summary*

The Landscape Laborer assists the Crew Leader with daily landscaping operations. This is a hands-on, physical position requiring dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

*Responsibilities*

• Assist with:
• Mowing & turf maintenance
• Mulching & bed maintenance
• Shrub trimming & pruning
• Plant installations
• Leaf cleanup
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Follow direction from Crew Leader
• Follow company safety procedures
• Assist with snow removal operations in winter (shoveling/salting)

*Requirements*

• Landscaping experience preferred (not required — willing to train)
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and cold
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Must be dependable and on time
