Crew Leader, Landscape

Oak Ridge Enterprise is a growing lawn care, landscaping, grading, and snow removal company serving commercial and residential clients. We take pride in clean job sites, professional work, and reliability. We are looking for a strong Crew Leader who can manage a team, run routes efficiently, and uphold our company standards.

*Position Summary*

The Landscaping Crew Leader is responsible for managing a 2–4 man crew, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. This position requires leadership, hands-on labor, and strong communication skills.

*Responsibilities*

• Lead and manage landscaping crew daily
• Perform and oversee:
• Mowing & turf maintenance
• Mulching & bed maintenance
• Shrub trimming & pruning
• Plant installs
• Load/unload trucks and equipment
• Ensure job sites are clean and professional
• Track time and job completion
• Communicate job updates and issues to office/management
• Train and mentor crew members
• Follow all safety procedures
• Assist with snow removal operations in winter (plowing/salting/shoveling)

*Requirements*

• Ability to pass a background check (REQUIRED)
• Drivers License (REQUIRED)
• 3+ years landscaping experience
• 1+ year leadership or crew management experience
• Experience pulling trailers
• Ability to operate:
• Zero-turn mowers
• Trimmers/edgers/blowers
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong work ethic

• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
• Overtime opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
