Landscape Laborer

NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED GARDENER / LANDSCAPER ONLY (Bilingual Preferred) – Humble, TX

Leo & Mel’s Gardening Services LLC is hiring an experienced landscaper to join our team. This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already knows the work and can start immediately.

Requirements (Must Meet ALL)

• Must have hands-on landscaping experience (no beginners)
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid Social Security number (work permits accepted)
• Must know how to haul and back up a trailer without help
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Must be trainable and able to pay attention to detail
• Must be able to work fast while still producing quality work

This is NOT your typical “mow and blow” job. We are looking for someone who can adapt to how we work and follow our standards.

Required Experience (No Training)

• Lawn maintenance using commercial equipment
• Tree trimming and tree removal
• Hardscape (pavers, stone work, edging, installs)
• Sprinkler repair and troubleshooting
• Turf (artificial grass) installation

Must Know How to Use

• Commercial lawn mower
• Blower
• Weed eater
• Hedge trimmer
• Standard landscaping tools

Expectations

• Show up on time and consistently
• Work without constant supervision
• Comfortable with physical labor and heights
• Produce clean, quality work

Pay

• All employees start at $120/day, regardless of experience claimed
• Starting pay is used to verify experience, work ethic, speed, quality, and reliability
• There is a 90-day probation period
• Opportunity for increased pay before the 90 days based on performance, reliability, and how quickly you adapt to our way of working
• Higher pay opportunities available for projects and advanced skills
