Landscape Laborer

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscaper / Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working outdoors, and can maintain a professional appearance on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform weekly lawn mowing using commercial equipment
• Trimming, edging, and blowing to deliver a clean, finished look
• Mulch installation, bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanups
• Shrub and hedge trimming
• Light landscaping tasks (planting, weeding, minor property improvements)
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow assigned routes and daily schedules
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Maintain a clean work environment and company image

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance preferred
• Ability to operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related equipment
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
