We’re a small landscape and property maintenance business dedicated to providing high-quality outdoor services for our clients. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing team.

Job Description

As a Landscape & Property Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll work on a variety of outdoor projects, including lawn care, landscaping, and general property upkeep. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work in different weather conditions, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Operate equipment safely and responsibly (training provided if necessary)
• Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and property maintenance tasks

Qualifications

• High energy and self-motivated
• Drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments
• Previous landscaping/property maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
