Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable individual to assist with day-to-day residential lawn maintenance and landscaping projects. This is a part-time position perfect for students, individuals seeking a secondary income stream, or anyone looking for flexible, hands-on outdoor work. You will work alongside experienced crew leaders to maintain high-end residential properties across the Atlanta metro region.

Key Responsibilities

Perform standard lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, string trimming (weed-eating), edging, and blowing.

Assist with seasonal property cleanups, including leaf removal, weed pulling, and brush clearing.

Spread mulch, pine straw, topsoil, and fertilizers precisely across landscape beds.

Assist with light landscaping tasks such as planting shrubs, flowers, and minor sod installation.

Safely operate and maintain commercial-grade lawn equipment (zero-turn mowers, walk-behinds, line trimmers, leaf blowers).

Load and unload trucks and trailers at the beginning and end of each shift.

Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with homeowners and clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in professional landscaping or lawn care is preferred.

Physical Capability: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions (heat, humidity, light rain). Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularl...
