Landscape Laborer

Job Overview

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our lawn care team! No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work outdoors. Thursday - Saturday

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns using push mowers and riding mowers
• Trim and edge around sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping
• Blow leaves and debris to maintain clean properties
• Assist with basic landscaping tasks (mulching, planting, etc.)
• Follow safety procedures and instructions from team leaders
• Maintain equipment and report any issues

Requirements

• Experience required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation to and from site or located near the Byram
• Punctual and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
