Landscape Laborer

is rapidly expanding across DE, PA, and MD. We are urgently hiring experienced, reliable Landscape Laborers for project-based (10-99) work starting within the next 3–7 days. Immediate openings are available for the right crew members.

The Role & Responsibilities

This goes beyond standard lawn cutting. You will execute a variety of property transformation projects, including:

• Planting, mulching, and bed preparation.
• Tree/bush removal and grading.
• General garden maintenance and tool operation.
• *Opportunity to learn and transition into hardscaping as we expand.*

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in general landscaping (beyond basic lawn mowing).
• Gear: Must own basic landscaping hand tools.
• Transport: Reliable work vehicle required (truck capable of hauling debris or towing is highly preferred).
• Drive: Self-motivated, dependable, and ready to work. Exceptional reliability opens a fast track to leadership/management roles.

Compensation

* Competitive pay, scaled directly to your experience and skill set.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
