Landscape Construction Technician – Full Time / Year Round

Pay

$18.25 – $21.25 per hour (DOE) Location: Claremore, OK & Surrounding Areas Company: LBR Landscape & Irrigation

Position Overview

LBR is currently hiring multiple Landscape Construction Technicians due to continued growth and an expanding project workload. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working outdoors.

This position focuses on commercial and residential landscape construction, including planting, grading, bed preparation, mulch installation, equipment operation, and assisting with irrigation-related projects. We offer stable, year-round employment with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial and residential landscape projects
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and seasonal color
• Perform grading, bed preparation, mulch installation, and site cleanup
• Safely operate skid steers, mini skid steers, trenchers, and other landscape equipment
• Assist with sod installation, drainage improvements, and irrigation coordination as needed
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

• Previous landscape, construction, irrigation, or equipment operation experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday – Thursday
• 10-hour shifts
