About the Role

Lawns By Randy is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead a crew and manage daily operations for residential and commercial landscape projects. As a Landscape Foreman, you’ll oversee job site execution, maintain efficiency and quality standards, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a landscape crew to complete installations and maintenance work efficiently
• Organize projects, delegate tasks, and ensure production goals and timelines are met
• Track labor and materials to achieve budgeted hours and profitability targets
• Maintain equipment and enforce safety and quality standards on every job site
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
• Be available during snow and ice events (experience a plus)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of landscape experience (1+ year in a leadership or foreman role preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of landscape construction, plant installation, and site management
• Ability to read plans, manage materials, and lead a crew efficiently
• Reliable, organized, and able to uphold company standards in the field
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
