Landscape Laborer

Crew Leader / Landscape Technician

We are seeking a dependable, experienced individual to join our growing outdoor services company. This position involves lawn maintenance, landscape renovations, equipment operation, and property improvement projects. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes pride in quality work, and has the potential to lead a crew as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, and maintaining residential properties
• Renovating flower beds, including weed removal, mulch installation, and landscape improvements
• Operating skid steers and other landscape equipment safely and efficiently
• Pulling and backing trailers with trucks and equipment
• Tree trimming, debris removal, and seasonal cleanups
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring jobs are completed to company standards
• Communicating professionally with customers when needed
• Assisting with crew supervision and jobsite management

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor services preferred
• Experience operating skid steers and pulling trailers required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
• Leadership experience is a plus
