Landscape Foreman/ crew leader

Job Description

A well-established landscaping company is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and work alongside a landscape crew. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated leader with strong landscaping experience and crew management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily crew operations.
• Perform and oversee landscape maintenance and installation tasks.
• Ensure quality work, safety, and productivity standards are met.
• Operate landscaping equipment and maintain tools and vehicles.
• Communicate with management regarding job progress and crew needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of landscaping experience.
• Previous Foreman or Crew Leader experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work.
