This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily landscape installation operations and actively supervising a team of up to eight crew members. Reporting directly to Project Managers, the primary objective is to make sound crew decisions and execute high-quality landscape designs while fostering a safe and positive team environment.

Responsibilities

* Supervise landscape installation operations and lead employees directly on the job site. * Review landscape designs and specifications closely with landscape designers and project managers. * Train, mentor, and develop crew members on how to properly use landscape installation equipment. * Oversee and actively participate in the installation of plants, shrubs, and trees to ensure all work meets client expectations. * Promote high standards for customer service, develop a strong safety culture, and create a positive team environment.

Requirements
