Landscape Crew Member

Our client is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to support their commercial groundskeeping operations. This critical role ensures properties remain pristine year-round, transitioning seamlessly from summer landscaping duties to winter snow and ice management.

Based in Novi, MI, our client is a premier landscaping and commercial maintenance provider that has served the Southeastern Michigan region for over 30 years. Compensation & Benefits* $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience. * Reliable weekly pay distributed on Wednesdays. * Secure year round employment. * Performance based raises. * Discretionary bonuses.

Responsibilities

* Execute daily landscape maintenance, including mowing, mulching, edging, and weeding. * Prune and trim trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and maintain visual appeal. * Manage snow and ice removal in winter to keep client properties safe and accessible. * Cross-train in other service departments to support overall operational goals. * Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment on all job sites.

Requirements

* 1-3 years experience preferred. * Valid drivers license with a clean driving record preferred. * Highly reliable, dependable, and ready to start the workday promptly at 7:00 AM. * Physical stamina and ability to consistently work 55-60 hours a week. * Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays (prior notice will always be given). * A strong willingness to cross train in other departments to expand skill sets.
